Shipping FAQ

Q. When does my item ship? A. We try our very best to send out all orders by the next business day. Some exceptions apply due to availability. Drop-shipped items may take an extra day or two to get out of the Manufacturers warehouse.

Q. How can I track my order? A. Tracking numbers are emailed to the email address used at checkout after your order ships. This email sometimes ends up in the customers spam folder. Drop-shipped orders may require an extra 2-3 days to get the tracking information due to the delay in their posting to our system.  It will be emailed to the customer as soon as it is posted. The delay in receiving the tracking number does not affect the actual shipping date or delivery time.

Q. When should I receive my order? A. Transit times for orders vary based upon the delivery location and the size of the items orders. Typically orders are received in 1-7 business days.

Q. How does my item ship? A. Items ship via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail, or USPS First Class Mail. The size, weight and destination of the order will dictate which method is used. Drop shipped orders may ship via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS. Expedited shipping is not available through our website.
